Job summary

Imperial Brands PLC in Warsaw seeks a Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning for international flows within the Voyager programme, coordinating production, inventory and shipments across global networks.

You will collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Finance and operations to balance volume, profitability and service, translating data into actionable decisions and delivering clear performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in international supply planning and S&OP.
• Ability to translate data into actionable planning decisions.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Operations and markets.
• Analytical mindset with value delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning cadence for international flows, ensuring one integrated production, inventory and shipment plan across all involved functions.
• Drive value-maximizing planning decisions by balancing volume, matchability, profitability, inventory, service and duty drawback opportunities.
• Monitor volume development, portfolio changes and plan deviations versus the long-term plan, coordinating resolution where needed.
• Translate constraints, volatility and non-standard scenarios into decision-ready trade-offs, including financial impacts and enterprise risks.
• Manage planning governance inputs, escalation packs and cross-functional alignment through the relevant IBP/ITP forums.
• Provide transparent planning performance reporting, early warning signals and leadership updates to keep execution and value delivery on track.
