Job summary

Imperial Brands PLC in Warsaw is seeking a Voyager Export Logistics Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team. The role owns export execution integrity for international flows, ensuring traceability, compliant documentation and evidence for claims.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers and 3PLs to meet service levels and drive cost-to-serve optimization. Ideal candidates bring strong export logistics and customs-operations expertise, plus the ability to manage risks, escalate

Principle Accountabilities

• Own export execution integrity for international flows, ensuring traceability, compliant documentation and claim-ready evidence.
• Run the logistics control framework across checkpoints, tolerances, exceptions and escalation routes to keep execution on track.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain, freight forwarders, customs brokers and third-party logistics providers to secure performance against agreed service levels.
• Manage logistics exceptions, risks and constraints across warehousing, transport, customs clearance and shipment milestones, driving mitigation and corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics cost-to-serve, including airfreight, while preserving duty drawback value and compliance integrity.
• Provide decision-ready performance reporting and structured inputs into governance, including risks, trade-offs, escalations and execution impacts.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong export logistics, international transport and customs-operations expertise.
• Proven ability to run logistics controls, exception management and escalation routines.
• Clear understanding of export documentation, proof-of-export evidence and audit-ready records.
• Confident stakeholder management across Global Supply Chain, logistics partners, customs brokers and teams on the ground.
• Commercial mindset to balance service, cost, compliance and value protection.
