Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer in Kraków to own baseline project timelines from bid through execution. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence in a multinational setting.

The role requires 3+ years in EPC or related fields, strong planning software skills (MS Project, Primavera P6) and SAP experience, plus excellent communication and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, or Oil & Gas.
• Proficiency in planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and progress tracking tools; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Good grasp of project execution, manufacturing, procurement, or shop-floor operations.
• Great communication, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and manage project schedules from the proposal stage through execution.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Update schedules regularly, monitor milestones and critical paths, and report KPI performance.
• Identify delays early and collaborate with team leads to implement effective solutions.
