Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Kraków seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer to spearhead electrical design and systems engineering for major EPC projects worldwide. You will drive engineering excellence across Oil & Gas and energy transition initiatives, including electrolysis and carbon capture facilities.

The role requires a Master's in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in plant engineering, and strong coordination with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer.
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines and coordinate workflow.
• Willingness to travel 3–6 months to other centers/sites.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design of Electrical System for petrochemical and refinery industry;
• Planning, managing, monitoring, reviewing and approving the discipline’s work.
• Preparation of project documentation including one line diagrams, protection schematics, and substation layouts.
• Execution of electrical calculations (short circuit, power balance, cable calculations).
• Coordination with vendors, interfaces with client disciplines, and support in FEED/TA activities.
• Supervision of erection works and verification of documentation with standards and contract requirements.

In this role, you will spearhead the electrical design and systems engineering for our major EPC projects worldwide.
