Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our team. You will create, track, and manage project schedules from the proposal stage through execution, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction teams, maintain robust baseline schedules, and monitor milestones. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, or Oil & Gas with planning/scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6; progress tracking tools.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with international, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and manage project schedules from the proposal stage through execution.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction teams to keep projects on time and budget.
• Serve as the foundational architect of the project’s source of truth and baseline schedule.
• Update schedules regularly; track milestones, monitor critical paths, and report KPIs.
• Identify delays early and work with team leads to find effective solutions.
