Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Kraków is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to drive electrical design and systems engineering for major EPC projects worldwide. You will lead calculations, diagrams, and documentation, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure contract compliance.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in plant engineering, and fluent English. Travel up to 3–6 months may be required; a hybrid work model is offered in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with international teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 3–6 months to other centers/sites.

Responsibilities

• Design of Electrical System for petrochemical and refinery industry.
• Plan, manage, review and approve the discipline’s work per quality, specs and contracts.
• Prepare project documentation including diagrams, layouts and cable calculations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, clients and suppliers; support subcontract packages.
• Assist Factory Acceptance Tests for electrical equipment and project handover.
