Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Kraków is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to drive electrical design and systems engineering for major EPC projects worldwide. You will lead calculations, diagrams, and documentation, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure contract compliance.
The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in plant engineering, and fluent English. Travel up to 3–6 months may be required; a hybrid work model is offered in Kraków.

Join our E&C Kraków team as an Electrical Lead Engineer and play a pivotal role in advancing Air Liquide’s innovative technologies.
In this role, you will spearhead the electrical design and systems engineering for our major EPC projects worldwide. You will drive global engineering excellence by contributing to key Oil & Gas and energy transition projects, including Electrolysis, Air Separation Units, MegaMethanol facilities and Carbon Capture plants.
