Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer in Kraków to develop and manage project schedules from proposal through execution. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction teams to keep projects on time and on budget in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, 3+ years in EPC/oil & gas planning, and proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, or Oil & Gas with hands-on planning & scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and progress tracking tools.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Phase: Build baseline project timelines for bidding and estimate planning hours.
• Schedule Development: Create detailed master schedules using WBS; set up baselines and resource plans.
• Execution & Coordination: Track progress across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction teams.
• Performance Control: Update schedules, monitor milestones and KPIs; report performance.
• Risk & Problem Solving: Identify delays early and work with leads to find solutions.
