Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Poland is seeking an Environmental Product Compliance leader to drive the environmental certifications strategy across ROHS, REACH, TSCA, PFAS and related directives. You will partner with global teams to shape the roadmap and ensure products meet evolving regulatory requirements while maintaining cost efficiency.

You will oversee data collection, reporting (EPR, WEEE, packaging waste), coordinate with R&D and external labs, and mentor colleagues across

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in sciences with focus on environmental topics.
• 5+ years in environmental regulations across EU/US/Asia.
• Experience with ROHS/REACH/EPR, PFAS and related standards.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental product compliance strategy and roadmap.
• Assess and validate environmental compliance during product development.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes; update guidance and processes.
• Support regional teams and regulatory labs during certification.
• Oversee data collection for authority reporting (EPR, WEEE, packaging).
• Drive sustainability initiatives and cost/time improvements.
• Coordinate with R&D, suppliers, and customers across regions.
