Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks an Environmental Product Compliance Leader to guide environmental certifications across its global product range. You will work with R&D, regulators and laboratories to define requirements, ensure ROHS, REACH, PFAS and related directives are met, and shape our environmental strategy.

Based in Katowice with hybrid work, this role leads data collection, reporting (EPR/SCIP/WEEE) and regulatory change management while mentoring teams and stakeholders in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in environmental regulatory, compliance or materials engineering.
• +5 years in environmental regulations (ROHS, REACH, PFAS, EPR, etc.).
• Experience with SAP or equivalent, EDMS and database management systems.
• English fluent; willing to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assess and validate environmental product compliance (ROHS, REACH, TSCA, PFAS) during development.
• Support certification engineers with requirements and process descriptions.
• Monitor standards and regulations and adapt guidance accordingly.
• Inform stakeholders about regulatory changes and forecast impacts.
• Assist regional services with trade/importation support.
• Lead environmental data collection and authority reporting (EPR, SCIP, WEEE, Battery, Packaging).
• Contribute to sustainability and carbon footprint assessments.
• Propose improvements to compliance processes and partnerships.
