Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks an Environmental Product Compliance Leader in Poland. You will report to the Global Hardware Safety and Product Compliance Manager and lead the environmental certification strategy across the product range.

You will collaborate with R&D, labs, and regional teams to ensure ROHS, REACH, PFAS, and related regulations are met. Travel up to 10% may be required; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in environmental sciences, regulatory compliance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental regulations (ROHS, REACH, EPR, PFAS, PPWR...).
  • Project management experience or accreditation is a plus (PMP, Prince2...).
  • Experience with ERP (SAP or equivalent), EDMS and data / LCA tools.
  • Good knowledge of Excel macros and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~10% domestically and internationally.
  • Fluent in English; CV in English.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in product development, validating environmental compliance (ROHS, REACH, TSCA, PFAS).
  • Prepare and support certification engineers with requirements and process descriptions.
  • Stay up to date on applicable standards and regulations and adapt guidance accordingly.
  • Inform stakeholders about evolutions in standards and regulatory changes.
  • Assist regional customer services and trade/import teams to support the business.
  • Lead environmental data collection campaigns and authority reporting (EPR, SCIP, WEEE, Batteries).
  • Maintain environmental conformity and drive remediation during product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to sustainability and carbon footprint assessments; propose compliance improvements.
