Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), including Markem-Imaje, seeks an Environmental Product Compliance Leader to drive the product environmental strategy and ensure global regulatory conformance. You’ll align with R&D, testing labs and authorities to shape compliant design and lifecycle decisions.

You will monitor evolving standards, lead data collection and reporting, and propel continuous improvements in our compliance framework across regions and product ranges.

Qualifications

• Experience with ROHS, REACH, EPR, PFAS and PPWR regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental regulations.
• Experience using ERP/SAP and data management tools.
• Fluent in English, strong communication in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the environmental compliance strategy for the product portfolio.
• Coordinate with R&D, regulatory bodies and third‑party labs to ensure certifications.
• Monitor and update on RoHS/REACH/Other standards and implement changes.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and educate stakeholders.
• Support regional teams with regulatory compliance during product lifecycle.
