Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Enterprise Architect to shape our enterprise architecture landscape across global Transformers operations. You will drive governance, guide roadmaps, and align IT strategy with business objectives.

The role requires 5–10 years in EA, experience in international environments, and strong stakeholder management. You will work with SAP LeanIX, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, and Azure, contributing to architecture standards and best practices.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
Experience in international and multicultural organizations.
Bridge business and IT and influence stakeholders at different levels.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with enterprise architecture governance and application landscape management.
Knowledge of SAP LeanIX, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Azure technologies, and Microsoft platforms.
Understanding of TOGAF, ITIL 4, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise architecture governance across assigned business functions.
Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with Transformers business objectives.
Define and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and target-state architectures.
Translate business demands into scalable, compliant, and business-driven IT solutions.
Ensure end-to-end consistency across business processes, technologies, applications, and platforms.
