Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Lead Solution Architect to collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders in requirements engineering during the demand management process and to guide the change request execution to design, build, test and deploy SAP ERP changes and/or functionalities.

You will provide SAP best practices guidance, harmonize processes, enforce fit-to-standard principles, mentor onshore and offshore teams (including ABAP and MuleSoft integration), and prototype new

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer science (preferred) or similar discipline.
• Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or SAP ERP.
• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years of solution architecture in SAP ERP/S4HANA, 5+ years on global projects.
• 5+ years of team lead experience coordinating onsite & offshore teams (Functional & ABAP).
• Experience with integration software/tools like MuleSoft.
• Deep SAP knowledge including IMG customizing, ABAP, debugging, User Exits, BADIs, ALE-IDOC, APIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead design sessions for Change Requests and clarify technical queries.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders during triage and requirement engineering.
• Ensure ERP Platform principles and fit-to-standard approaches are followed.
• Advise on best practices and technical options for non-standard solutions.
• Provide guidance to Solution Architects on business processes and technical design.
• Facilitate alignment with other streams on cross-stream change requests.
• Contribute to architecture standards with BST/Enterprise Architects.
• Prototype new solutions when required and keep up-to-date with new technologies.
