Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead end-to-end engineering change projects across a global organization, delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Based in one of our EMEA locations (UK, Poland, or Ireland), you will drive continuous improvement using Kaizen, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and provide KPI-driven reports to the Director of Global Engineering Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in engineering or change-management roles.
• Strong communication with international teams.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-regional engineering change projects end-to-end.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop KPIs and provide concise reports to leadership.
• Apply Kaizen to improve processes and reduce cycle-time.
