Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead and drive engineering change projects across our global organization. Located in an EMEA location (UK, Poland or Ireland), this role reports to the Director - Global Engineering Operations and focuses on delivering changes on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 4+ years in engineering or change management
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with high attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines in a busy environment and flexible
• Proficient in English for leading discussions with international teams
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical, and people/process management skills
• Technically competent with software including JIRA and MS Office
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Experience managing engineering change projects in electrical/mechanical engineering
• Lean or Six Sigma experience is highly desirable

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive complex engineering change projects across the global organization, delivering to specification, on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards
• Manage multiple engineering change projects with end-to-end accountability (scope, milestones, risks, KPIs, dashboards, stakeholders)
• Control and monitor projects with regular reporting and addressing risks and delivery barriers across global teams
• Ensure project processes, documentation, and governance requirements are complete and maintained
• Provide concise reports with KPIs, risks, trends, and corrective actions to leadership
• Apply Kaizen techniques to initiate process improvements and cost reductions
• Lead improvements to global engineering change process, driving standardization across regions
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex changes with no direct authority
• Establish and maintain effective project governance and accountability across projects
• Assess business impact of changes and provide recommendations to leadership
• Promote and extend business directions in line with company policies
