Flextronics - The Flex Company in Poland is seeking a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead engineering change projects across our global organization from a hybrid workplace in the EMEA region (UK, Poland, or Ireland). You will drive on-time delivery, budgets, and quality standards while advancing continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering or change management.
• Proficient in English for international discussions with teams and stakeholders.

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to report progress to leadership.
