Job summary

Green Capital S.A. is seeking an International Project Developer to lead RES, BESS, and data center projects from land control to Ready to Build (RtB) in foreign markets, including Warsaw operations with occasional travel.

The role blends commerce, permitting, and engineering in one person, requiring a broad view, independence, and the ability to coordinate with EPCs, law firms, and technology suppliers. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in RES and/or data center project development.
• Proven ability to lead at least one project from land securing to RtB.
• Experience delivering projects abroad across diverse regulatory environments.
• Ability to combine commercial, permitting, and engineering perspectives.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage PV, wind, BESS, and data center projects from land securing to RtB.
• Coordinate commercial, permitting, and engineering activities into a cohesive process.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal resources (legal, financial, BD).
• Maintain documentation and milestones in line with lender standards.
• Identify data gaps and proactively create missing tools and processes.
• Prepare recommendations on project continuation or termination based on risk and economics.
