• Manage project budget, schedule, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure quality of execution and maintain effective communication with the client and DSO.
• Supervise project documentation and compliance across all project stages.
• Coordinate with the energy group and internal teams to align scope and milestones.

Job description

I’m currently leading a very interesting recruitment process for an international energy group that is expanding its operations in Poland. The company has been rapidly strengthening its position in the industrial energy solutions sector, accelerating its activities in recent years and completing several acquisitions on the Polish market.

The position of Project Manager is closely tied to the execution phase of large-scale C&I PV projects. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering major PV installations (rooftop & ground-mounted) - from 150 kW up to several MW (current projects include 6 MW ground-mounted systems), as well as BESS, all the way through to the start of energy generation.

The scope includes full oversight of project delivery: supervising documentation, managing the budget, schedule, subcontractors, quality of execution, and maintaining effective communication with the client and DSO.
