Job summary

Novartis Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an End-to-End Planning Manager in Warsaw to drive network supply, balance demand and inventory, and ensure product availability across Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Product planning.

You will optimize inventory, lead planning decisions across global sites, and collaborate with site planners and global teams to improve service levels and overall network performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of supply planning experience within pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing supply plans across complex global networks.
• Hands-on experience using SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse for planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned molecule brands across the global network.
• Ensure reliable product supply by balancing demand, inventory, capacity and supply risks.
• Develop and maintain supply plans for short-term and long-term objectives.
• Translate market demand into manufacturing requirements and align with production sites.
• Lead planning decisions for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Product supply.
• Partner with site planners and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive timely mitigations.
• Evaluate scenarios and actions to support availability and network efficiency.
• Support product launches and lifecycle events with inventory strategies.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and lead times.
