Job summary

Novartis Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an End-to-End Planning Manager in Warsaw to drive network supply, balance demand and inventory, and ensure product availability across Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Product planning.

You will optimize inventory, lead planning decisions across global sites, and collaborate with site planners and global teams to improve service levels and overall network performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of supply planning experience within pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing supply plans across complex global networks.
• Hands-on experience using SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse for planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned molecule brands across the global network.
• Ensure reliable product supply by balancing demand, inventory, capacity and supply risks.
• Develop and maintain supply plans for short-term and long-term objectives.
• Translate market demand into manufacturing requirements and align with production sites.
• Lead planning decisions for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Product supply.
• Partner with site planners and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive timely mitigations.
• Evaluate scenarios and actions to support availability and network efficiency.
• Support product launches and lifecycle events with inventory strategies.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and lead times.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.5-10 years of supply planning experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a similar regulated industry.Proven experience managing supply plans across complex global manufacturing and distribution networks.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.Hands-on experience using SAP for supply chain planning and operational decision-making.Experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse for supply planning and scenario management.Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.Desirable RequirementsGerman language skills.Proven experience in application of AI solutions into planning processes and activities.RewardsAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 195.700,00 - 363.400,00 PLNThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
