Novartis Poland is seeking an End to End Planning Manager in Warsaw to lead end-to-end supply planning across the global manufacturing network, balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and supply risks. You will collaborate with Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Product teams to translate market demand into manufacturing requirements and support product launches and lifecycle events.

The role requires 5–10 years in pharma planning, SAP, Kinaxis, and strong English communication; MBA

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of supply planning experience in pharma/biotech or similar regulated industry.
• Experience managing supply plans across complex global networks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand, supply, inventory, capacity).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for planning and operations.
• Experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse for planning and scenario management.
• Excellent English communication; ability to influence across global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to drive decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned molecule brands across the global network.
• Balance demand, inventory, capacity, and supply risks to ensure reliable product supply.
• Develop and maintain supply plans supporting short-term and long-term needs.
• Translate market demand into manufacturing requirements and align plans across sites.
• Lead planning for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Product supply.
• Collaborate with site planners and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Monitor supply performance, identify risks, and drive timely mitigations.
• Evaluate supply and capacity scenarios and recommend actions for availability and efficiency.
• Support product launches, transfers, and lifecycle events with planning strategies.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and lead times.
