Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to partner with HR and leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role focuses on investigations, policy guidance, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on French and English language fluency.

You will support continuous improvement in Employee Relations, maintain documentation, and deliver trainings to enhance workplace culture. The position is home-based in Poland with flexible, remote work options.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and manage employee relations issues across the region, including complaints and harassment allegations.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Develop and implement policies to promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal on employment law issues.
  • Provide training and workshops on employee relations to improve communication and morale.
  • Assess employee morale through surveys and interviews.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
