Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our finance team. You will verify postings, reconcile intercompany activity, and support daily treasury operations in a hybrid Kraków office setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Solid professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of internal financial postings and report any discrepancies.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring a high level of matching across Group entities.
• Perform daily activities in intercompany and financial management systems, including AARO and CoProcessNetting.
• Manage and resolve queries related to intercompany processes and transactions.
• Prepare reconciliations, supporting documentation, and reports for financial audit purposes.
• Collaborate closely with internal finance teams, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
• Support treasury operations, including manual payment processing, In-House Banking (IHB) activities, TEF processing, Cashforce administration, and forecasting.

About the role:

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company. We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our team in Cracow office.

What you’ll do:

Your qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP, which would be an asset.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
