Job summary

McCormick & Company seeks a Global Process Owner – Quality and Regulatory to lead regulatory business processes globally, partnering with executives and global teams to design standardized end-to-end workflows. You will shape the regulatory roadmap, govern cross-functional collaboration, and drive improvements in quality and compliance.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in regulatory programs, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence complex global audiences

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience leading regulatory processes with direct continuous and process improvement experience.
• 5-10 years in a leadership role and/or delivering complex projects.
• Expertise with systems that support product lifecycle management, regulatory and quality processes.
• Understanding of SAP Product Compliance and/or Selerant Devex solutions.
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching employees in a virtual, globally dispersed environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns Regulatory Business Processes globally at McCormick.
• Identifies business capabilities necessary to enable differentiators and achieve benefits.
• Ensures consistency across functions and processes.
• Develops persuasive presentations conveying complex ideas to global audiences.
• Makes business decisions regarding design of the Global solution.
• Articulates global strategy for the regulatory workstream with standardized processes.
• Monitors milestones, deliverables, and budget; escalates obstacles as needed.
• Drives analytic and real-time reporting capabilities for regulatory programs.
