Job summary

PRIMUS Global Solutions (PRIMUS UK & Europe) is seeking an experienced IT eCommerce Program Manager to lead large-scale digital commerce transformation across Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). You will manage global teams, multi-market rollouts, platform modernization, and integrations within B2B, B2C, D2C and Marketplace environments.

The role focuses on governance, operational excellence, and delivery across complex eCommerce ecosystems, requiring strong stakeholder

Qualifications

15+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in eCommerce.
Strong planning, budgeting, scope and risk management capabilities.
Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento and/or SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris.
Proven track record leading global, multi-market programs.
Solid Agile/SAFe delivery and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise eCommerce programs across Adobe Commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud.
Own program planning, scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks and governance.
Drive platform modernization, upgrades, transformation and global rollouts.
Oversee market onboarding, localization, templates, release planning and change management.
Establish governance, KPIs, executive reporting and steering committee processes.
Lead distributed global teams including Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA and Support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmaps with business objectives.
Oversee integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, AEM/Sitecore, Payment, OMS/WMS, Marketing and API platforms.
