Sii Poland is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to drive assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing across multiple countries within a regulated environment.

You will translate regulatory demands into practical, scalable solutions, collaborating with finance, tax, and tech stakeholders to ensure readiness and execution across R2R, O2C, P2P and intercompany processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-invoicing compliance, mandates and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems (SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, Vertex).
• Knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P and Intercompany processes.
• Ability to define and manage mapping requirements across systems.
• Proven track record delivering practical e-invoicing solutions in real environments.
• Fluent English communication with international stakeholders.

Join a project for an international organization operating in a highly regulated environment as an E-Invoicing Expert. In this role, you will support the assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and their impact on business operations and technology landscapes. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, helping translate regulatory demands into practical solutions across finance, tax, and transactional processes while driving implementation readiness and execution.

Your tasks

• Analyze electronic invoicing regulations and compliance requirements, evaluating their impact on business operations and technology platforms
• Define and document country-specific e-invoicing requirements, with a primary focus on the EMEA region and additional coverage of LATAM markets
• Research and validate regulatory information from reliable local and international sources when requirements are not readily available
• Assess dependencies across the end-to-end technology ecosystem, including SAP ERP, OCR solutions, EDICOM, and Vertex
• Develop mapping and integration rules supporting critical business processes such as Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Intercompany
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish implementation approaches, facilitate decision-making, and support the transition from planning into delivery

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in e-invoicing compliance, mandates, and regulatory frameworks, including their impact on business processes and enterprise technologies
• Strong understanding and prior experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems involving SAP ERP, OCR solutions, EDICOM, and Vertex
• Proven knowledge of finance and transactional processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Intercompany operations
• Experience defining and managing mapping requirements across interconnected business systems and processes
• Hands-on track record of resolving complex e-invoicing challenges and delivering practical solutions in real business environments
• Fluent English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders
