Job summary

HSO International is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect to design and deliver customer engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure services. You will define the strategy for digital transformation, lead architecture design and ensure seamless integration across systems.

The role includes conducting envisioning workshops, making technology choices, and shaping long-term roadmaps in an international, diverse team with global projects

Qualifications

8+ years CRM experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 CE.
Expert level in Microsoft D365 ecosystem and related tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead envisioning and architecture design workshops.
Make technology choices aligned with architectural requirements.
Define architecture designs and guide business transformation.
Provide proactive support in program delivery and coordinate with delivery teams.
Understand customer operations to validate architecture and roadmaps.
Stay informed on technology trends to shape long-term roadmaps.
