Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience engineering Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform solutions.
• Advanced expertise in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions.
• Proven background in technical leadership and mentoring.
• English proficiency at B2+ level and familiarity with Agile practices.
• Solid knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Lead development streams for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Drive technical design decisions and implementation approaches.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Design integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and custom agents.
• Establish engineering best practices and quality standards.
