Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the technical and functional evolution of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem. This is not a standard implementation role; you will work at the intersection of strategy and R&D to design, pilot, and deploy transformative solutions within Dataverse and Power Apps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in D365 CE/CRM architecture or related consulting roles.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable system enhancements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Architecture design: create end-to-end CRM blueprints for Sales, Marketing, and custom modules.
• Ecosystem connectivity: design robust API integrations for Dataverse and ensure performance across Mobile D365 solutions.
• Power Platform mastery: leverage Power Apps (Portal, Canvas, and Model-driven) to build tailored business tools.
• R&D & innovation: run PoCs and set industry best practices with R&D teams.
• Strategic oversight: manage lifecycles from workshops and budgets to documentation and reviews.
