Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice and seeks professionals with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Copilot technologies to deliver enterprise solutions and accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with globally distributed teams to design, build, test, and support business applications, integrate with Dataverse, and implement Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and APIs within an Agile delivery model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform experience.
• Proficiency in Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and C#/.NET plugins and custom APIs.
• Understanding of Azure fundamentals and strong analytical skills.
• English at least B2+ and familiarity with Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-enabled opportunities is a plus.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, responsible AI, and AI-powered tools.
• Nice to have Power BI experience and Dynamics 365 ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop business applications using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Build plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and extend Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse.
• Participate in solution analysis, implementation, testing, and support.
• Develop capabilities leveraging Copilot Studio and AI tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
• Work within Agile delivery teams.
