Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to design, plan, and oversee ERP implementations. You will translate complex workflows into scalable technical architectures and guide end-to-end ERP rollouts with client workshops, applying Microsoft best practices.

You will advise on digital transformation, system enhancements, and business‑process optimization while leveraging a hybrid work model and a dedicated training budget.

Job description

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect who will designs, plans, and oversees the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using industry-leading technology advisory frameworks and best practices.

What will your tasks involve?

• Solution Design: Translate complex business workflows and requirements into scalable and robust Business Central technical architectures.

• System Integration: Oversee data flows, custom AL extensions, and seamless third-party API integrations.

• Project Leadership: Guide end-to-end ERP rollouts, conduct client workshops, and ensure strict adherence to Microsoft best practices.

• Advisory Support: Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, system enhancements, and business process optimization.
