Job summary
Westwing, a global design-led home decor brand, is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer to own core BC development initiatives in a permanent role based in Warsaw. You will optimize architectures, lead technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions across multi-country operations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of modern integration techniques, including APIs and Web Services
- Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services to enhance ERP functionality
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing Business Central performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL and related technologies to support Westwing’s multi-country, multi-language, and multi-currency operations
- Lead the technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with overarching business goals
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, high-performing technical solutions
- Optimise and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration across our system landscape
- Develop and maintain integrations across Westwing’s IT portfolio, leveraging APIs, Power Platform, and modern integration tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee high performance, minimal downtime, and maximum operational efficiency
- Continuously evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and modern development tools to drive automation, technical innovation, and efficiency
