Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to design, build, and maintain BC extensions using AL in Visual Studio Code, and to integrate BC with external applications via APIs and Azure services.

You will join a team with a flexible hybrid work model (3 days from home, 2 days from the office), training budgets, mentoring, and language support. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Developer.
• Strong proficiency in AL programming and Visual Studio Code.
• Proven track record of building and publishing BC extensions and ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Practical experience with Git and Azure DevOps lifecycle management.
• Fluent English communication (B2).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code.
• Develop integrations between BC and external apps via APIs, REST/SOAP, and Azure services.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and create clear technical documentation.
• Write automated tests, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability.
• Manage source control with Git and monitor CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and vendors to deliver ERP enhancements.
