Job summary

Nestlé SA is seeking a Global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence Manager based in the Toruń Center of Competence. You will define and drive the DSP strategy, standards and capabilities across CPW, collaborating with Nestlé and CPW leaders to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

You will lead governance, tools and processes across regions, driving transformation and measurable improvements in planning maturity and business results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Excellence or Transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integrated planning processes.
• Experience defining and deploying global processes, standards or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Experience working in an international and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence roadmap for CPW.
• Lead the development, governance and deployment of DSP standards, methodologies and best practices across regions and categories.
• Partner with Nestlé and senior CPW Operations stakeholders to shape planning strategy and ensure alignment.
• Drive adoption and sustainability of DSP processes, tools and ways of working globally.
• Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives to strengthen planning maturity.
• Influence stakeholders to secure alignment and consistent execution of planning standards.
• Lead global DSP improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness and business results.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability development across the DSP community.
