Nestlé SA is seeking a Global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence Manager based in the Toruń Center of Competence. You will define and drive the DSP strategy, standards and capabilities across CPW, collaborating with Nestlé and CPW leaders to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

You will lead governance, tools and processes across regions, driving transformation and measurable improvements in planning maturity and business results.

Formación

• Proven experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Excellence or Transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integrated planning processes.
• Experience defining and deploying global processes, standards or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Experience working in an international and collaborative environment.

Global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence Manager

Shape the future of Demand & Supply Planning across CPW globally

We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planning professional to lead the global DSP Excellence agenda across Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW).

Based in the Toruń Center of Competence, this global role is responsible for defining and driving CPW's DSP strategy, standards and capabilities in collaboration with Nestlè and senior CPW stakeholders. The role will ensure alignment, adoption of best practices and continuous improvement across regions and categories.

Main Purpose of the Job

Define and drive the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence strategy for CPW, ensuring alignment with Nestlè standards and business priorities. Lead the deployment of planning governance, standards, tools and capabilities across regions and categories while influencing stakeholders to secure adoption and continuous improvement.

In this position you will:

• Define and continuously evolve the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence roadmap for CPW.
• Lead the development, governance and deployment of DSP standards, methodologies and best practices across regions and categories.
• Partner with Nestlè and senior CPW Operations stakeholders to shape planning strategy and ensure alignment across the organization.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability development across the DSP community.

• Experience with planning or ERP tools (e.g. SAP or similar) is an advantage.
