Job summary

HelloFresh in a senior global role seeks an Associate Director, Customer Compensation & Policy to architect a scalable compensation engine and govern cross-market policy. You will drive a multi-year roadmap, align inputs from Operations, Tech, Finance, and Market Leadership, and shape how customer trust is recovered at scale.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with executive presence to influence without direct authority, across multiple brands and markets.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in customer strategy, pricing, operations, or a directly adjacent domain with meaningful exposure to global, multi-market environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategic vision for compensation across markets, brands, and channels.
• Lead design and evolution of the compensation engine, including rules and automation frameworks.
• Set global roadmap for compensation experimentation and analyze results for policy adoption.
• Own global compensation P&L, track spend, and identify financial leakage.
• Govern fraud and policy across multi-market environments with governance cadence.
