Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Compensation & Policy within Global Customer Experience. You will shape a global compensation engine, define rules and automation with Technology, and lead cross-functional programs across markets and brands.

You will balance customer trust with cost discipline, using analytics, behavioral economics, and rigorous measurement to inform policy changes. You will drive the global roadmap for experimentation, ensure data quality with Analytics,

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is required.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline is required.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in customer strategy, pricing, operations, or adjacent domains with global exposure.
• Demonstrated track record owning a financially significant operational lever with analytical precision and strategic judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own global compensation strategy and engine architecture across markets, brands, and channels.
• Define rules, thresholds, segmentation logic, and automation frameworks for recovery decisions at scale.
• Set the global roadmap for compensation experimentation and apply behavioral economics to design outcomes.
• Own global compensation P&L, track spend by market and category, and drive cost governance.
