Job summary

Fresenius Group seeks a Digital Workplace Lead to oversee day-to-day Information Technology infrastructure operations for Poland, CZ, and the Balkans. You will align with global IT goals, land initiatives, and ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

You will manage incidents, service delivery, and project work while guiding local IT teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with security standards. A multi-country leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations management across multi-country settings.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management (ITSM).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in project management and leading IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EIT operations within the assigned country(s) or cluster, ensuring infrastructure services run smoothly.
• Manage and monitor EIT infrastructure and services to ensure availability and performance.
• Coordinate and lead local IT teams to deliver high-quality support.
• Manage incidents and problems aligning with ITIL practices and minimize downtime.
• Ensure services are delivered per SLAs and KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery within budget.
• Manage contracts performance and vendor relationships to ensure quality services.
• Develop and manage the EIT operational budget and conduct financial analysis.
