Job summary

DS Smith is seeking a Digital Workplace & End User Experience Manager in Kraków to own the vision, strategy and operational excellence of digital tools for our global workforce. You will partner with IT and business leaders to shape services that deliver a seamless, secure and productive experience across offices, plants and remote workers.

You will define strategies, measure user experience, drive adoption, ensure security/compliance, and lead regional to global rollouts using modern management

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms and Microsoft 365
• Strong ITIL and ITSM governance knowledge
• Proven change/adoption program leadership
• Experience defining UX strategy and organizational priorities
• Proven vendor management in multinational settings
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global digital workplace strategy aligned with business goals
• Use analytics and feedback to measure end user experience and prioritize improvements
• Ensure security and compliance are embedded in digital workplace solutions
• Oversee transition to Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot) for Zero-Touch deployment
• Represent business needs in product selection and roadmap discussions
• Standardize the digital experience across regions while respecting local requirements
• Partner with HR and Communications to support employee engagement
• Lead design and continuous improvement of user journeys and self-service portals
• Drive adoption and change management for new tools and practices
• Manage the digital workplace service model: SLA/KPI definitions and vendor relationships
• Develop training and champions programs
• Plan and build the employee digital experience roadmap
