Job summary

Dyson GmbH in Kraków seeks a senior IT leader for Global Retail and Commercial Systems to own strategy, delivery and operations supporting regional stores and business operations. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to shape technology solutions that enable store operations, enhance the customer experience and support growth.

You will lead end-to-end service delivery, manage incidents and changes, drive vendor performance, and standardise networks, M365 and in-store tech.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading IT services or technology functions within a global, matrixed organisation.
Strong track record in Retail and Commercial Systems, ideally within multi-site or enterprise environments.
Skilled in business partnering, translating business needs into technology solutions.
Experience in service delivery, and knowledge of operational support process, infrastructure, and programme execution.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and AI Tools in Enterprise.
Experience delivering IT capabilities across new site openings, rollouts, and transformations.
Demonstrated expertise in vendor selection, contract management, and supplier governance.
Strong understanding of ITIL-based practices.
Strong Agile practise and methodology knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at both operational and executive levels.
Willingness to travel regionally and globally as required.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute IT strategy and roadmaps for Retail and Commercial Systems.
Own end-to-end IT service delivery across retail environments with high availability.
Drive governance with vendors and manage service performance via KPIs.
Lead planning and delivery of IT infrastructure for new and existing sites.
Ensure networks, end-user computing, and M365 deployment standardisation.
Identify and mitigate cyber security and data protection risks.
Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment and reuse.
Partner with C&C, OCIO PMO and finance to prioritise demand and funding.
Serve as trusted tech partner to business leaders across regions.
Travel regionally/globally as required.
