Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Quality and Governance Analyst to lead data governance for a major global client and build enterprise frameworks that transform how data drives business decisions. You will reduce organizational risk, establish best practices, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise data governance/management across multiple systems.
• Strong client relationship management and business analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of data lifecycle, governance frameworks, and database management.
• Fluent English with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive data governance policies, standards, and frameworks that win business buy-in.
• Lead Master Data Management strategy and oversee critical data flows.
• Build a mature Data Stewardship program and democratize data knowledge across the organization.
• Partner with IT, BI, and business leaders to solve complex data challenges.
• Advise clients on governance best practices for their entire data landscape.
• Create Data Dictionaries and document processes that bring clarity to complexity.
