Immigrant Invest is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to lead our global digital growth strategy, scaling acquisition across international markets and aligning channels with our mission of connecting high-value clients to borderless opportunities.

You will manage performance marketing, build high-performing funnels, collaborate with content, email, and product teams, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and conversion. This role offers fully remote work and KPI-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing with long, high-value sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, paid social, funnel strategy, and analytics.
• Experience with end-to-end marketing analytics and attribution.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, tracking, and attribution systems.
• Experience in investment migration or related premium industries.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
