PepsiCo Poland in Kraków is seeking a skilled Digital Asset Management specialist to administer and develop the DAM platform. You will curate taxonomies, tagging, and archiving to ensure consistency with global standards, while partnering with marketing teams and agencies on content workflows.

The role involves delivering training, collecting user feedback, and working with IT to ensure integration and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in marketing technology, preferably with DAM systems or cybrarian experience.
• Experience in a brand environment, collaborating with agencies and marketers, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Passion for marketing technology and its enterprise applications, with ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight SLAs with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Administer the DAM platform and contribute to its ongoing development.
• Curate taxonomy, naming conventions, tagging and archiving of digital assets to align with global solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, agencies and other departments to optimize content workflows for campaigns.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to increase platform adoption and best practices.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable platform improvements.
• Work with IT to ensure system integration, report bugs, and implement solutions.
• Promote DAM adoption across European teams, creating user manuals and training programs.
• Develop reports to monitor user behavior and drive improvements.
