Qualifications

  • Passion for marketing technology and its enterprise applications, with ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight SLAs with attention to detail.

This role will support the ongoing management as well as further development of the global Digital Asset Management platform in Pepsico.

DAM, as the centre of a broader PepsiCo’s Content Engine, is supported within the Consumer & Commercial Transformation organization, providing support for European stakeholders and cooperating external partners. The role interfaces not only Marketing teams and their agencies in Europe, but also any department delivering creative content.

Responsibilities
  • Play an active part in Global Digital Asset Management Project Team, cooperating with team members from around the world, by administering the DAM Platform as well as influencing the further development of the PepsiCo’s Content Engine
  • Curate taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions, tagging and archiving of digital assets, ensure consistency with global solutions
  • Partner with PepsiCo’s marketing teams, creative agencies and third parties as well as other departments to build seamless process for acquiring, tagging, cataloguing and managing all digital content related, among others, to new PepsiCo Brand Campaigns
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for PepsiCo teams and external agencies to increase platform adoption, strengthen DAM best practices and drive effective use of digital content across the organization
  • Gather and translate user’s feedback and business needs into actionable items to make the platform even better – your improvement ideas will be implemented fast
  • Partner with IT to ensure full system integration and workability, report any possible bugs and look for solutions
  • Support and promote further adoption of Digital Asset Management platform within European sector teams, stakeholders and agencies, developing user manuals and training programs
  • Develop reports to monitor and track users’ behaviour in order to take corrective actions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity
  • Experience working within a brand environment, collaboration with agencies and marketers, with broad analytical skills
  • Excellent proven communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Passion for and rich understanding of marketing technology, and it’s application within an enterprise environment with the ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines
  • Extreme attention to detail, process oriented and meticulous data-driven nature
  • Good to have: experience in digitally-led consumer marketing activations, within a brand environment, Project Management knowledge (SCRUM, PRINCE, etc.), experience in analytics (e.g. Google/Adobe Analytics) and reporting
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 124,900 PLN annually (gross).
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

  • This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility.
