Job summary

Electrolux Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Demand Planner to shape our demand planning strategy, optimize inventory, and ensure product availability. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to build reliable forecasts and drive business performance.

You will contribute to a dynamic, cross-functional environment where your insights impact planning and customer satisfaction. This Fixed-Term Contract for 1 year offers opportunities to grow in a global appliance company.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Around 1 year of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or similar analytical role.
• Experience with SAP IBP would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across multiple products, customers, and sales channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product Line, Marketing, and Finance to develop a collaborative demand plan.
• Lead cross-collaboration with supply chain, logistics and demand planning to ensure forecast feasibility.
• Work with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure forecast feasibility and smooth execution.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP process and contribute to business planning decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and implement planning solutions.
• Communicate risks, trends, and demand-related issues to key stakeholders.
• Monitor supply, inventory, and product availability, taking corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Support product lifecycle planning including launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain demand planning reports and metrics.

About the Role

As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping our demand planning strategy, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring excellent product availability for our customers. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to build reliable forecasts and drive business performance.

What you’ll do

• Create and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across multiple products, customers, and sales channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product LIne, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop a collaborative and consensus-driven demand plan.
• Lead and facilitate cross-collaboration with supply chain, logistic and demand planning to ensure forecast plans feasibility
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure forecast feasibility and smooth execution.
• Actively participate in the monthly S&OP process and contribute to business planning decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and implement effective planning solutions.
• Proactively communicate risks, trends, and demand-related issues to key stakeholders.
• Monitor supply, inventory, and product availability, taking corrective actions to achieve stock and service level targets.
• Support product lifecycle planning, including new product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain demand planning reports and performance metrics.
