Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a skilled Supply Planner in Warsaw to optimize production and capacity planning across categories for mid- and long-term horizons. You will be the single point of contact for plants and markets, handling exceptions, driving solutions, and supporting regional S&OP preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods using SAP and O9 to ensure output aligns with goals.
• Create and maintain Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP); identify bottlenecks and adjust plans.
• Maintain close relation with markets via weekly S&OE and S&OP meetings; ensure flow of feedback.
• Support Supply Review Meetings (S&OP) and optimize end-to-end allocation; assess capacity or investment needs.
• Implement S&OP decisions and coordinate with local manufacturing teams for execution.
• Track and report KPIs including CFR, inventory and waste.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

As our new Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for optimizing production and capacity planning at the category level for the mid- and long-term horizon. You’ll act as the single point of contact for plant and markets, managing exceptions related to plant restrictions, driving solutions and supporting the preparation of the Regional Supply & Operations Planning meeting (S&OP).

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Perform and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods within assigned categories using SAP and O9 to ensure optimal output aligned with business goals
• Create and maintain the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying bottlenecks and risks while adjusting production plans
• Maintain close relation with markets by weekly S&OE Demand Fulfilment meetings ensuring communication flow and feedback
• Support effective Supply Review Meetings (S&OP) decisions, optimizing end-to-end allocation and assessing capacity or investment needs
• Implement S&OP decisions and ensure effective communication with local manufacturing teams for execution
• Track and report key performance metrics including CFR, inventory and waste

The ideal recipe for our new Supply Planner:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field)
• 3 years of experience in supply planning role, preferably with SAP knowledge
• Proficiency in English & Polish
• Very good Excel and data analysis skills, Basic Power BI knowledge as a plus
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• MPS & RCCP, DRP & Inventory Planning, Material Planning, and S&OP/IBP principles
