Job summary

Electrolux Poland Sp. z o.o. is looking for a Demand Planner to shape our demand planning strategy, optimize inventory levels, and ensure excellent product availability for customers in Poland and beyond.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics to build reliable forecasts and drive business performance. You will join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to influence planning processes, participate in S&OP, and contribute to continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Around 1 year of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with SAP IBP would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluency in both English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across multiple products, customers, and sales channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product Line, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop a collaborative and consensus-driven demand plan.
• Lead and facilitate cross-collaboration with supply chain, logistic and demand planning to ensure forecast plans feasibility
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure forecast feasibility and smooth execution.
• Actively participate in the monthly S&OP process and contribute to business planning decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and implement effective planning solutions.
• Proactively communicate risks, trends, and demand-related issues to key stakeholders.
• Monitor supply, inventory, and product availability, taking corrective actions to achieve stock and service level targets.
• Support product lifecycle planning, including new product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain demand planning reports and performance metrics.
