Accenture Services Sp.zoo in Poland seeks an experienced Order to Cash specialist to manage the full order-to-cash cycle, resolve disputes, and support credit and collections. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, aiming to meet daily targets and SLAs.

The role offers a hybrid work model with occasional office visits in Gdańsk or Warsaw, and access to extensive training, development opportunities, and international exposure across global clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English (min B2) and German (min B2) language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle full Order to Cash process including order entry, amendments, rejections and blocks.
• Generate and send invoices and statements, prepare reports on customer accounts.
