Job summary

State Street in Krakow is seeking a Senior Global Operations Specialist to join the Reference Data Management team. You will oversee securities setup, maintenance, and coordination with client service teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include handling vendor feeds, validating data, ensuring timely processing, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining strong service levels and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in Middle Office Operations, Transaction Management, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Analytics is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.

• Good organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients, custodians, and brokers to ensure timely processing of requests for new security set-ups and maintenance.
• Interprets and validates security data transactions and incoming vendor information.
• Performs quality control reviews.
• Provides training and acts as a subject matter expert for the unit.
• Oversees daily import of incoming vendor feeds and alert receipts of delays.
